We try our best to respond the same day during our business hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, Monday - Friday. However, if you don’t see a reply right away, rest assured we will always get back to you within one to two business days—we’re here for ya! :)
Almost all of our apparel is created using high quality 100 % combed and ring-spun cotton (that means that the cotton fibers are spun then combed through to remove impurities, while ensuring it stays soft to the touch). Some products do have more of a polyester base, depending on the color and the item.
We use the fabrics we do because of their durability, softness and their ability to stretch without damage. The majority of our apparel is also pre-shrunk so it holds up through multiple washes.
Our standard process is the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing. That means we can create photo quality prints and the amount of colors used doesn't affect pricing. From experience, we’ve seen that DTG printed shirts are just as durable as screen printed shirts when it comes to washability.
Machine wash cold inside-out on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. Do not use fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry to prolong the life of your shirt. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean. In a nutshell (mmm, nuts!), be gentle and it'll last. ;)
All of our sizing information can be found directly on the product pages themselves. "Width" is the horizontal width across the garment from the base of one sleeve (armpit) to the other. "Length" is the vertical length of the garment measured from the highest point all the way down to the bottom.
All our food shirts, posters, and canvases are printed on demand so there’s less waste. Most of our shirts come with a 100% cotton option, and all inks used in creating our shirts are water-based and eco-friendly.
The frames for our food art posters are made from wood from renewable forests.
We also have a shirt made from 100% recycled fabric and plan to add more.
In addition, we try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable.
Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.

Our shipping costs are typically very low and are calculated by two main factors:
The average shipping cost of the product you’re ordering.
Where your order is being sent to.
To find out exactly how much shipping might cost you, add a product to your cart and start the checkout process. Enter your shipping address and a rate will be calculated for you. You can then decide if you want to continue checking out.
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking code via email. Please note that due to the Coronavirus, there may be major shipping delays—depending on the product and where you're located.
No problem! As long as your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it, we can exchange it. Just contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note that exchanges for a new size can only be made once upon request.
If you see a "delivery exception" on your tracking code or if you think your order has not arrived, don't stress! Your local post office may be behind on shipments. Allow 1 to 3 days to pass beyond the expected delivery date. If your order still has not shown up at your door, contact your local post office. They should be able to trace your order. If neither of those options work, contact us via Facebook messenger or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Bummer! We're so sorry to hear that! Send us a quick note and pictures to verify the problem as soon as possible at email@example.com and we’ll get ya taken care of.
